When did peak design start?
In 2010, fresh-faced Midwestern transplant Peter Dering took a 4-month trip around the world. On his trip, Peter learned that carrying a nice big camera is important. Rather than searching for large outside backers, Pete posted his new creation, named Capture, on the fundraising website Kickstarter, inviting daring photographers such as himself to take a chance on the small device.

Peak designs shipment method
Peak Design’s shipment method is exquisite. All shipment handling times are generally one business day unless the item is on pre-order. Orders to the US typically take two to seven business days. International warehouse shipping is shipped from an international warehouse and, depending on location, usually takes 4-10 business days.
Peak designs return and exchange policy
Happy Returns helps with returning home as well as international orders. This service greatly simplifies and makes painless returns for a product. Return credit on orders from the US will be initiated after the returned product is received and accepted at the facility. This process can take place within 1-2 weeks.
Peak Designs allows extremely easy and hassle-free returns on products shipped from abroad.
When you return request is processed, an RMA label will be mailed to the customer. This needs to attach that label to the outside of a return package. Then email info@peakdesign.com with your order number. The email used when ordering, a tracking number, and proof of postage.
